Troubleshooting & Tips

If you experience any leaking from the shower filter, please check the following:

  1. Head Filter Installation: Please ensure the black-colored side faces the water outlet (where the water sprays out), while the white side faces upwards.

  2. Rubber Ring Position: Make sure the rubber ring on the head filter is seated in the exact proper position and has not shifted.

  3. Usage Disclaimer: Please note that physical damage (such as cracks) to the shower filter caused by accidentally bumping into objects or dropping it during use is beyond our control and is not eligible for returns or complaints.
